We ship out packages via USPS and UPS

- Most orders will be processed and shipped 2-3 business days after an order is placed. Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods or with large orders. If your order will take more than 3 business days to fulfill, you will receive an email with your estimated shipping date.

- You will receive tracking information once orders have been shipped.

- Make sure to check your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order. Standard shipping orders placed with in the continental US will arrive between 3-10 business days. Orders placed to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped with ground service only. Tracking information may not be available for these destinations.

Free Shipping

- Order must be over $100 (excluding taxes and promotional discounts) to qualify for free ground shipping. Sense Self Care reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time.

International Addresses

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship to international destinations.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please create a new order for each address you would like product shipped to.


Sense Self Care is committed to providing every customer a safe and hygienic wellness experience. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. To provide timely delivery, we begin processing immediately after an order has been placed and are unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted.


If any Sense Self Care items are damaged during shipping, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product and we will re-ship the item/s at no additional cost.
