Whether it's indulgent bath essentials, calming aromatherapy, the luxurious taste of tea, or the soothing sounds of nature, each product is designed to connect you to your senses and awaken a deeper awareness within. To help you fully connect with this experience we've curated audio mindful practices to be used every time the product is used. It is easily accessible via a QR code on every product. 

What is Mindfulness and why is it important? Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present. Instead of going through the motions, we are aware of our surroundings, where we are and what we're doing, and our own thoughts and feelings. Not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us. This leads to a greater wellbeing, mental clarity, and an increased ability to care for both yourself and others. Every task we do can be done more mindfully and when you start this practice you'll notice you feel more connected, calm, and at peace.

Jackie can be found in NYC teaching meditation and mentoring teacher trainees at MNDFL, online with Alo Moves, and on your smart device through the Journey LIVE app. She is also a faculty member of Dharma Moon's Yearlong Buddhist Studies Program with Ethan Nichtern. Jackie is the mindfulness advisor for Rose & Rex, where she regularly contributes mindful parenting articles. She also leads the Mindfulness LAB for Mindful Birth, a supportive community nurturing women through their transformation into motherhood and beyond. Her work has been featured in Shape, Cosmo, and TimeOut NY publications, she has guest lectured at Universities across the country, and has taught for companies like Microsoft, Reebok, Live Nation, Ralph Lauren, and many others. 


Our Founder & Owner

My name is Colleen Murray and I am the Founder and owner of Sense Self Care.

My passion for wellness started early on. By the age of 19 I was licensed in cosmetology and esthetics. As a skin therapist my goal with every guest has always been to create an experience that focuses on overall wellness and provides the reset we all need from the stressors of life. I decided I didn't want that to stop at the treatment room. I know for many people prioritizing self care can be difficult, so I decided to create an easy way to provide that same reset you get at the spa, whenever and wherever you need it. I took my knowledge of luxury service, mindfulness, and natural ingredients and created a sensory experience that is now our Bath Ritual. Since then, I have been committed to coming up with ways to help you prioritize and nurture your physical and mental well-being so you can always feel like your best self.
